Marshall Henderson Is Playing Pro Basketball in Iraq

Infamous former Ole Miss player Marshall Henderson is living the dream playing professional basketball in Iraq. It sounds…not very fun.

"“It’s not as bad as people make it seem back home,” Henderson told Yahoo Sports in a Skype audio interview last week. “We just chill in the hotel. We don’t go anywhere. We could go places and it would be safe. We wouldn’t be worried about getting captured or anything. It’s definitely better than I would’ve expected.”"

Per this site, Henderson is playing for Nift Al-Janoub which, according to Wikipedia, is located in Basra. Can’t access his stats, but we hope he’s still chucking.
