After Real Madrid’s 1-0 defeat at Athletic Bilbao on Saturday, Barcelona FC moved to the top of the La Liga Table for the first time since early November today.

Lionel Messi recorded his 32nd … THIRTY-SECOND! … hat-trick for the club, Luis Suarez added two magnificent goals (his sixth in as many games), and Barce absolutely annihilated Rayo Vallecano 6-1.

Messi’s 32nd hat-trick (all competitions) is the most in Spanish Football History (Record previously held by Zarra: 31)

and his 24th Hat-Trick in La Liga play puts him ahead of some guy named Cristiano Ronaldo for the most ever…

In addition: Messi increased his season goal tally to 41 goals, making him the first player in Spanish football history to score 40 or more goals in six different seasons.

Translation: Good God Almighty, this dude is ridiculous.

In case you missed it, you can relive some of the ridiculous Barce goals here…

Neymar, your thoughts?
