The Brewers Banned High Fives In Attempt to Halt the Spread of Pink Eye

The following story may or may not technically fall under the auspices of dumb Spring Training injuries, but it’s kind of funny nonetheless. For the next five days, the Milwaukee Brewers banned high fives in an attempt to thwart the spread of pink eye in the clubhouse. The Associated Press reports that catcher Jonathan Lucroy and pitching coach Rick Kranitz have been sent home for the time being.

Anyways … there’s not much to add here aside from the requisite clip about pink eye from Knocked Up.
