North Florida’s season ended on Wednesday night with a 4-point loss to Robert Morris in a 16-16 matchup in the pre-first-round of the NCAA Tournament. At halftime, while North Florida was holding 6-point lead, Ospreys’ coach Matthew Driscoll explained the key to success, both on the basketball court, and at life in general.

"“Ballers make plays. Dudes are dudes. I mean, that’s the way life works. Just play and be a baller.”"

Preach! In-game interviews with coaches are usually pointless and boring because of the cliches and platitudes. Dudes are dudes? That needs to become a new cliche. Gregg Popovich should adopt these phrases immediately.
