Danish Hockey Player Smacks Face Off Ice After Taking Cheapshot to the Head

Warren Peters is a former NHL and AHL player currently playing in Denmark. At least he was. Over the weekend, Peters delivered a really dirty hit with his elbow to an opponent with his head down. Peters flew by 22-year old center Lasse Bang and hit him in the head with an elbow, knocking him to the ground. Bang then smacked his face off the ice. Dazed and bloodied, Bang was helped off the ice by teammates.

It was only a couple years ago that Peters did something dirty in an NHL game. Peters is currently awaiting his lengthy suspension.
