Dorial Green-Beckham, the troubled Missouri receiver who hasn’t played in a year and has a resume dotted with off-the-field issues, was taken by the Titans 40th in the 2nd round.
He’ll now catch passes from Marcus Mariota, whom they drafted 2nd overall in the 1st round. Talk about a filthy 1-2 punch.
There isn’t a receiver with higher upside in this draft than DGB, who was the #1 recruit coming out of high school and briefly starred at Missouri.
In a 24-hour span, the Titans went from a faceless, uninteresting team … so one with two potential big-time NFL stars.
