Soccer Fan Who Harassed Toronto Reporter Lost Six-Figure Engineering Job

Shauna Hunt, a reporter for CityNews in Toronto, confronted a group of male Toronto FC fans, after twice having her report interrupted by a man yelling a vulgar internet meme a la Jameis Winston. Shawn Simoes, the fan wearing an Arsenal away shirt who informed her she was lucky not to have a vibrator in her ear (like this guy), was fired from his six-figure engineering job at Hydro One.
Don’t harass women. Don’t be a drunken fool. Don’t import lame Internet memes, especially that one, into real life. There are plenty of ways to disrupt a live remote that are harmless and amusing.
