Chris Kirk was sitting on the cut line at four-over at the U.S. Open, until he hit this beautiful shot from the fairway on the par-4 10th hole to make an eagle. Kirk followed that eagle up with a double-bogey and a birdie to move to three-over.

The current leaders, Dustin Johnson and Patrick Reed, are six-under. Just behind Johnson and Reed are Jordan Spieth at five-under and Brandon Grace at four-under.

There are a quite a few other notable names that have joined Tiger Woods in missing the cut: Rickie Fowler, Ian Poulter, Bubba Watson, Martin Kaymer, Webb Simpson, Danny Willet, and 15-year-old Cole Hammer will all miss the cut.
