Copa America: Did Gonzalo Jara Try to Give Edinson Cavani the Shocker?

Gonzalo Jara of Chile appeared to give Edinson Cavani of Uruguay … something unwanted during the Copa America match tonight? Whatever it was, it seemed uncalled for, and was followed by an egregious flop.
