Hulk Hogan’s “violation of privacy” case against Gawker over the published sex tapes goes to trial next week. Every trial sees its share of pre-trial issues on evidence that must be ruled upon. Not many involve a bandana and a famous wrestling name, however.

According to Anna Phillips, Hogan must go by Terry Bollea, his real name, during the trial. He is still allowed to wear a bandana, though it must be a plain one. The judge, meanwhile, denied a request to delay the trial while Gawker attorneys reviewed recently provided FBI tapes; the judge said repeatedly she didn’t want a carnival.

Yeah, probably not.
