Rex Ryan Jumped Out of a Plane Near Niagara Falls

Rex Ryan went skydiving with the Army Golden Knights near Niagara Falls on Friday. If anything sums up a slow day in the middle of July, it’s this. Credit Ryan, he knows how to draw attention to himself and the cameras do seem to love him. It’s also difficult for reporters to ask any questions about the Bills offensive line coach when Ryan is hurtling toward the ground with a parachute strapped to his back.

By the looks of it, the jump was incident-free and Ryan enjoyed himself. I’m not really sure how this will help the Bills win games in the increasingly competitive AFC East, but why quibble?

The team’s social media staff seems quite happy with today’s development and appears in midseason form documenting the big day.

That is some All Pro-level emoji work, no?

And here’s Rex nailing the landing….

If anything comes of this, let’s hope it inspires Andy Reid to pull off a similar stunt before the Chiefs open up training camp in a few weeks.
