Rob Gronkowski wears a lot of hats. Super Bowl-winning tight end. Bro icon. Blog summer content manufacturer, etc. Recently Gronkowski added author to his growing collection of titles via his new memoir, “It’s Good to Be Gronk.” The cover notes it’s “with Jason Rosenhaus” but probably should read, “as told to” since it turns out Gronkowski hasn’t finished the entire book — he’s too busy.

Gronkowski was interviewed in a Town Hall setting by Patriots fan Maria Menounos on SiriusXM and she asked if he actually read the book himself.

“I ain’t going to lie to you, I only read about 80 percent of it … but I know what the other parts are and what it’s all about,” Gronkowski said.

This should come as no surprise since Gronkowski proudly boasted to Jimmy Kimmel how he doesn’t like to read books.

Now the 80 percent part is a good blog headline, but unless you watch the video you’re missing a small scandal. Earlier this summer, Gronkowski filmed an add for New England staple Dunkin’ Donuts. In the video above, he’s sipping on some sort of iced coffee-type beverage with a green straw — the color of Starbucks. Whooooooaaaaaaaaaaaa.
