Embattled FIFA head Sepp Blatter left his Switzerland to attend the preliminary draw for the 2018 World Cup Saturday in St. Petersburg, Russia. Naturally he posed for photos with Vladimir Putin and posted the tweet above that lacks even a hint of self-awareness on almost too many levels to count.
