Tom Brady Legally Altered Footballs With Sandpaper, Dirt, Receiving Gloves, and Leather Conditioner

Tom Brady gave a lot of non-answers during his DeflateGate testimony. At other points, he wasn’t entirely sure about anything. One thing he did have many details about was the multiple ways that teams can legally alter game balls. Here’s that portion of the testimony – Brady is “THE WITNESS.”

Receiver gloves, leather conditioner, sandpaper, dirt… You know, everything that baseball pitchers can’t use because it’s cheating. Of course, that’s a totally different sport. Pitchers are allowed to take all the air out of a baseball they wish.
