Culture is the buzzword around the NFL right now – the losing culture in Oakland, the tradition-rich culture in Pittsburgh, the disastrous post-Harbaugh culture in San Francisco, and the troublesome developing culture in Philadelphia. But you know I’m a big Chip Kelly fan, and I put to bed the idea that he’s racist, or anything close to it.
