Reggie Wayne will be putting on a uniform other than the Indianapolis Colts’ blue this fall, and it will be for none other than the old enemy. According to Adam Schefter, Wayne has signed a one-year deal with the Patriots. Wayne already had his scheduled visit with the Patriots when the news of Jordy Nelson’s injury emerged. Reports emerged that the Packers would reach out to Wayne in the event Jordy Nelson’s injury was season-ending. That might have put pressure on the negotiations with New England, and Wayne decided to sign to play with Tom Brady instead.

Wayne will turn 37 years old in November, and is 8th all-time in receiving yards in NFL history.
