Shelby Miller Fell Down, Freddie Freeman Chased Kelly Johnson to 2nd Base

Shelby Miller took the loss in Thursday’s Mets – Braves game. Miller surrendered three runs in 6 innings and he also surrendered standing up when he fell down. Get it? Miller came off the mound to field a Wilmer Flores grounder and lost his footing. He fell down. No matter how many loops I watch, it’s still funny.

Earlier in the game, Kelly Johnson hit a double and Freddie Freeman took the trip to second with him.

You know what they say – exciting things happen when Wilmer Flores and Kelly Johnson leave the batter’s box. Probably because nobody knows what team they’ll be on by the time the play is over.
