Former Marshall Quarterback Proposes to Girlfriend at Tailgate During News Report

Marshall beat Norfolk State on Saturday, 45-7. Before the game, former Marshall quarterback Joe David Browning proposed to his girlfriend during an interview about tailgating. She said yes and they went back to tailgating. Browning played at Marshall in the early 2000’s. Go Herd!
