Kid Who Stopped at First Base to Say "I Love You" to His Dad is Adorable, Bad at Baserunning

Look at this little kid making a mockery of the game. It’d be bad enough if he only loafed down to first base after hitting a weak dribbler. He just makes it worse by stopping completely to tell his father, the first-base coach, that he loves him. This is not how you run the bases. What’s the point in Bryce Harper giving 110 percent if the next generation isn’t going co-opt that hustle into their own games?
On the other hand: awwww. That’ll warm the coldest of hearts.
