Michael Kay Hopes Mets Fans "choke on their own bile"

Michael Kay talked about Mets fans on his show today. First, he said “so many Mets fans are such vicious, vile people.” Then he added, apparently explaining how he got criticism for saying that Mets hitters would struggle against Clayton Kershaw and Zack Greinke (and dismissed that the Dodgers would have similar issues during day games against the Mets’ power pitchers) that he hopes they “choke on their own bile.”

Seems a bit vile and over the top.
