Phil Kessel and his girlfriend were tennis players for Halloween. Whatever party they attended earlier this week, there was a guy there dressed as one of the hot dogs that Kessel allegedly ate every day while he was in Toronto. Kessel took a picture with Phil Kessel’s hot dog. With all apologies to Kessel’s girlfriend, Phil Kessel and Phil Kessel’s hot dog were the best couple’s costume involving Phil Kessel this year.
