Atlanta Hawks Players Abandon Team Huddle, Mike Budenholzer Keeps Coaching

Atlanta Hawks coach Mike Budenholzer had some instruction for his team late in the fourth quarter of Tuesday night’s game against the Miami Heat. Holding a four-point lead with 8.7 seconds remaining, his players didn’t seem too concerned with what he had to say.
But Budenholzer is a coach’s coach who loves sharing his knowledge with anyone who will listen — even if that’s nobody.
The widespread lack of interest in his tutelage didn’t seem to bother Budenholzer. Perhaps because he’s used to it.
