This comes two days after several members of the University of Missouri football team announced a boycott, and less than 24 hours after Gary Pinkel sent a message of support for the football team, putting this in an untenable situation, with a million dollar buyout penalty facing Missouri if they did not play BYU on Saturday. Wolfe’s announcement comes about 15 minutes after the start of a special Board of Curators meeting set for this morning.
