Kevin McHale Fired as Coach of the Houston Rockets

Kevin McHale has been fired as the head coach of the Houston Rockets.
The Rockets, mired in a miserable 4-7 start, went to the Western Conference Finals just six months ago, where they lost to the Warriors.
Houston was thought to be a contender in the West this year with the addition of Ty Lawson to go with MVP candidate James Harden and center Dwight Howard, but the team can’t stop anyone and has the 2nd worst point differential in the West (-7.7).
The Rockets host the Trail Blazers tonight.
