LeBron James passed Reggie Miller for 18th on the all-time scoring list Wednesday in Toronto. Before the game, LeBron and his teammates were apparently antsy and ready to go, but they didn’t realize there was still a dance routine to be done before tip-off. Undeterred, the Cavs remained on the court as the choreography went on around them.
