Derrick Henry On Why He Picked Alabama Over Florida: "Winning"

Alabama Crimson Tide running back Derrick Henry appears to be the favorite to bring home the Heisman Trophy tonight. Henry is from Yulee, Florida, less than two hours from Gainesville. When asked why he chose Alabama over the Gators in 2013, he gave a succinct answer.
"“Winning,” he said. “Winning championships.”"
Fret not, he expounded with the customary platitudes.
"“Coach Saban holds us at a high standard and the older guys did a great job of setting a standard and we just have to follow behind it,” Henry said. “The more you’re at Alabama, you grow as a person and as a player learning from great coaches and great men and just growing with your teammates.”"
Early prediction for his Heisman house commercial: something related to his hair, or a really intense game of Hungry Hungry Hippoes with Charles Woodson.
