Joe Mixon Left Game After Hit, May Have Lost Consciousness

Not long after Oklahoma’s Samaje Perine left with an injury, Joe Mixon got laid out by Clemson’s Richard Yeargin. The running back got the worst of a crack-back block and lay still on the ground for a few minutes before making it to the sidelines.

Holly Rowe suggested Mixon had suffered a possible concussion and doesn’t appear to make a return.

For now it looks as thought Baker Mayfield will have to overcome a two-touchdown deficit without at least one of his offensive weapons.
