Oklahoma is seeking to use any available edge to defeat Clemson and advance to the College Football Playoff title game. That includes trying to capitalize on the defending champions’ mojo. It’s unclear what the Buckeyes’ logo on the Sooners’ sideline denotes. Just win? Give the ball to Ezekiel Elliott more often?
Whatever the case, the Tigers have done an excellent job of stopping themselves in the red zone and settling for field goals, allowing Oklahoma to carry a one-point lead into halftime.
