This video allegedly comes from a Pennsylvania high school basketball game between Pennsbury and Neshaminy. In it, Neshaminy’s coach Jerry Devine appeared to head-butt the referee after disagreement with a call. The Philly basketball blog City of Basketball Love reports:

"Multiple sources in attendance tell CoBL that the video shows action with under 30 seconds left in the game, when a Neshaminy player was called for a charge after going in for a layup that could have made it a 3-point game, at which point Devine lost his cool."

Devine is a teacher at the high school and has been the basketball coach for 10 years. From here, it will be worth monitoring the sanctions, which are not a matter of if, but how severe.
