Tennessee basketball coach Rick Barnes is looking to sell his South Carolina golf course. Barnes, who is currently 7-6 in his first season with the Volunteers after coaching the Texas Longhorns for 17 seasons, purchased the semi-private Brookstone Meadows Golf & Country Club in Anderson, South Carolina while he was coaching at Clemson.

Now that Barnes has spent many years away from the area, he’s ready to unload the course for just $1.6 million dollars.

"PRICE REDUCTION !!! 18 hole championship course designed by Tom Jackson. Rolling terrain, Bermuda fairways and tees, bent greens. Practice range and practice green included. Functional, updated clubhouse located in upscale community. Motivated owner, lives out of state, high profile basketball coach. Located in the vibrant Upstate South Carolina with excellent demographics and located with frontage on Interstate 85 from Greenville to Atlanta"

So if you’re looking for a course to purchase, here you go.
