Andre Drummond and Nerlens Noel had a battle on Wednesday night in the Pistons 110-97 win over the 76ers. Drummond had 25 points and 18 rebounds. Noel had 20 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Noel dunked on Drummond. (Below) Drummond dunked on Noel. And most memorably, Noel jumped on Drummond’s back for a piggyback ride late in the game when the Sixers needed to foul.
