Frank Stallone is Livid Over His Brother's Oscar Snub
By Kyle Koster
Sylvester Stallone was the betting favorite to pick up the Best Supporting Actor hardware at the Academy Awards. The 69-year-old heart of Creed instead saw the award go to Bridge of Spies‘ Mark Rylance.
While many fans are disappointed Sly didn’t win, no one is more heated than his younger brother, Frank, who aired his grievance via Twitter a few minutes ago.
To be honest, the disappointment suffered by the older Stallone Sunday night has to be trivial compared to Frank bogarting the @Stallone handle. There is one Stallone who deserves such a badass user name and it is not the one who appeared in Fred Claus.
Also, I’m not so sure I agree with everyone who says this was Sly’s last shot at winning an Oscar. The guy seems to have made a career on rising up after being counted out.
