Gender reveal parties are all the rage right now. Couples are cutting into cakes, launching balloons and dropping confetti all in the name of adding some pizzazz to the discovery. It’s a good time for adults and the unborn baby really appreciates the effort.
Atlanta Braves first baseman Freddie Freeman and his wife, Chelsea, decided to incorporate a baseball theme into their big moment. Freeman blasted a baseball to release a plume of blue powder into the air.
So, yeah, it’s a boy.
I respect the effort but can’t help but wonder how much better it would have been if done during a competitive game. Everyone loves the ol’ exploding ball routine.
