Alexsandr Mitrovic Ripped Off Shirt, Celebrated With Pitch Invader Because Newcastle

Serbian striker Alexsandr Mitrovic scored an equalize for Newcastle against Sunderland in the Tyne-Wear Derby. He then ripped off his shirt and celebrated the goal with a Newcastle fan who ran on the field, as one does.
Mitrovic later had to be restrained by doctors and coaches from returning to the pitch after an apparent head injury.
The match finished 1-1. Both clubs remain in the relegation zone.
