Kobe Bryant finished with 5 points (1/11 FG) and 2 assists. He was a -43. The final score was 123-75. It was the worst loss of Kobe’s career and tied for the worst loss in Lakers’ franchise history.

Still, Kobe did manage to hit a vintage fadeaway jumper over Gordon Hayward in the first quarter. Sure, the Lakers were down 17-2 at that point, but still. It was a great throwback to the ’97 playoffs.

Meanwhile, in Lakers building for the future news, Larry Nance Jr. was a DNP – Coach’s Decision. I’m sure he had some undisclosed injury that kept him out of the game. Byron Scott certainly wouldn’t forget Nance existed a week after saying he might start. In total, 12 players played and scored for each team.

And finally, check out these a-holes who ripped Kobe’s armband out of another fan’s hand. That is literally theft. And then they both smell it. So they’re weird too.
