Chicharito Scores Beautiful Goal To End Five-Game Drought

Javier “Chicharito” Hernandez scored his 15th Bundesliga goal for Bayer Leverkusen on Friday with a beautiful curling blast from outside the box. The tally ended a five-game league drought for the Mexican striker and gave his team a 2-0 lead over Wolfsburg in the 73rd minute.

Chicharito has had a wildly successful first season at Leverkusen after a disappointing loan spell at Real Madrid last year. In 35 total appearances for the club he has netted 24 goals. Few prettier than the one he scored on Friday.

Leverkusen won the match 3-0.
