Marcelo is the exact reason people complain about soccer players and diving. On Wednesday during his Real Madrid squad’s embarrassing 2-0 loss to [autotag]Wolfsburg during the Champions League quarterfinals, the Brazilian left back hit for soccer’s version of a modified hat trick.

First, he kicked Wolfsburg’s Maximilian Arnold, then headbutted him, then fell back as if injured. As a result, he drew a yellow card…on Arnold! Yes, that my friends is some first-class acting. Honestly, I’m not even mad. This was so egregious and awful that I’m actually impressed. Well done Marcelo, you keep owning that reputation as one of the dirtiest players in the world.
