Ted Cruz suspended his campaign after finishing second in Indiana on Tuesday night. He capped his somber speech by a hugging his wife and then accidentally bopping her in the face. He followed that up with another unintentional elbow the head.
Tough sequence.
Upon review, Big Ten officials ruled it a common foul, not a flagrant.
