Zac Blair was Disqualified from Wells Fargo Championship After Hitting Himself in the Head With His Putter

Zac Blair was unhappy with himself during the second round of the Wells Fargo Championship. After missing a birdie putt on the par-5 fifth hole, Blair smacked himself in the head with his putter causing it to bend. He finished the hole, but was informed by officials on the sixth hole that he was disqualified for violating rule 4-3b.

Blair tweeted at the PGA Tour account a GIF of Woody Austin, who hit himself in the head at Hilton Head in 1997.
