Dwyane Wade Was Suspended For a Similar Kick to Draymond Green's in 2012

Dwyane Wade was suspended 1-game for kicking Ramon Sessions in the groin during the 2012-2013 season. The play happened late in the 4th quarter of a Miami Heat win over the Charlotte Bobcats. Sessions shoved Wade to give a foul and Wade kicked his leg up as he hopped backwards. While the intention for both Wade and Draymond Green is up in the air, Wade’s kicking motion looked a bit more natural.

I’m going to wait to give my opinion on whether Green should be suspended until after the league officially rules on the matter. Then I’m going to complain about that decision either way.
