New Orleans Pelicans' Bryce Dejean-Jones Dies at 23

Former Iowa State and current New Orleans Pelicans guard Bryce Dejean-Jones has died, according to the Ames Tribune. There are no official details on the cause of death, although Yahoo! reports he was shot.
Pelicans' Bryce Dejean-Jones suffered gun shot to abdomen late Friday, bled to death. Full story coming on passing of promising 23-year-old.

Dejean-Jones played at both USC and UNLV before transferring to Iowa State. He went undrafted but was called up from the NBA D-League to appear in 14 games this season.
