VIDEO: Juan Uribe Suffered a Testicular Contusion After Taking a Rocket to His Area

Cleveland Indians third baseman Juan Uribe took a 106 mph ground ball off of his groin yesterday and suffered a testicular contusion. Obviously, he left the game and was taken to a hospital. Uribe is the second Indians player (joining Yan Gomes) to have the unfortunate privilege of knowing such pain in the past week.
Does Terry Francona need to personally check the cup situation of his starting lineup from now on? His first-place team can’t afford to keep losing guys like this. Desperate times call for desperate measures.
