Canadian Streaker Got Tackled by Toronto Argonauts Player

The Toronto Argonauts introduced a new tailgating experience before last night’s home opener against the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, which included selling “cheap, cold beer”. It drew double the attendance compared to last season’s home average. That included a couple of fans who ran on to the field during last night’s game.

The first was allowed to complete his dance routine, calmly walk over to the security guards while putting a shirt back on, while the guards also did not break a sweat. How Canadian! (could you imagine security guards at a sporting event at a NFL stadium reacting so slowly?)

Another fan, empowered by the first, took off on a full length field run shortly after. This fan made the mistake from getting too close to the players, who took matters into their own hands as a form of deterrence. That appears to be a late hit out of bounds, but it was probably overdue.
