Usain Bolt is back. After struggling through a Grade 1 hamstring tear for nearly a month, the Jamaican sprinter looked himself again on Friday. In the finals of the London Gran Prix’s 200-meter sprint, Bolt ran away from his competition with ease, finishing with a time if 19.89 seconds without ever really straining himself.

It really is something how easy he made that look.

Bolt was forced to withdraw from the Jamaican Olympic trials after tearing his hamstring during the first week of July. He was still added to the country’s Olympic team (obviously) but hadn’t shown that he was fully healthy since exiting the trials.

Bolt is going for an unprecedented triple-triple at the Rio Games this summer. He is trying to win three consecutive gold medals in the 100 meters, 200 meters and 4 x 100 meter relay. He currently holds world records in the 100 meters (9.58), 200 meters (19.19) and was part of the 4×100 meter relay team that set the current standard at the London Olympics (36.84).

If this is Bolt just a few weeks out from injury it’s scary to think how he’ll look when the track events start in Rio on August 12.
