Nick Diaz and his brother Nate have long been controversial figures in the field of mixed martial arts. On Monday, video of older brother Nick arguing with a USADA drug tester surfaced online. It appears Diaz had been out partying and didn’t want to take a mandatory random drug test until the next day.

The drug testing agent claims that if Diaz doesn’t take the test it will result in a two-year suspension, but Diaz repeatedly claims the tester needs to come back in “five or six hours.” Diaz appears to have eventually taken the test.

The videos below contain a ton of NSFW language, so consider yourself warned:

Diaz was suspended by the Nevada State Athletic Commission for five years following a positive test for marijuana metabolites following his decision loss to Anderson Silva at UFC 183 in January, 2015. It was his third positive test in Nevada for marijuana. The fight was ruled a no-contest after Silva tested positive for performance-enhancing drugs.

Diaz eventually had his five-year suspension drastically reduced by the NSAC after an appeal, but he still was forced out for 18 months. Diaz had his suspension lifted Aug. 1 and is free to fight for the UFC again, but it appears he’s not too keen on being randomly drug tested.
