Demaryius Thomas Played the Scoreboard Card on Josh Norman

Josh Norman touched on a number of topics in Kevin van Valkenberg’s ESPN the Magazine profile. The cornerback who joined Washington as a free agent from Carolina had this to say about Demaryius Thomas, who he held to eight yards on one catch in the Super Bowl: “I don’t know what he was out there for … He was supposed to be an all-world guy, and I shut him down.”

Thomas had a succinct response:

One presumes Thomas is alright with how everything on that fateful evening shook out. Asked follow-up questions about the story, Norman declined to advance:
