Fantasy Football 2016 Auction Draft Values

Some of us don’t like to be held down by conventions like picking in exactly one spot. We like to craft our team the way we like it. Want to spend all your money on two players and round out the roster? Want a balanced team? In an auction draft, you can do that.

These are my auction prices based on my rankings. In the past, I talked some auction strategy tips, and also laid out how the sausage is made when it comes to setting prices. My goal coming out of the draft is to get about 120% of value of where I have the players, willing to pay up on stars and hoping to get players on the back half at less than the value I list.

These auction values are built off the following league parameters:

  • 12-team PPR league
  • Start 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 Flex
  • $200 to spend at auction for 16 total spots (including 1 K, 1 DEF, which are not ranked here. They are allocated $1 each)

Every league is different, but these should provide a baseline for adjustment. If you are in a $100 league, cut the values in half. If you aren’t required to start 2 RBs, lower the value of the second tier. For non-PPR, WRs and TEs drop a little in value.
