Michael Phelps Lost His Damn Mind When Jimmy Fallon Showed Up As Ryan Lochte at the VMAs

Ryan Lochte did not appear at the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday. Jimmy Fallon did appear as Ryan Lochte on the MTV Video Music Awards though. Fallon wore a platinum blonde wig, Team USA jumpsuit and an Olympic medal and claimed credit for directing all of the Video of the Year nominees. Clips below.

He also made a joke about having a gun to his head. And Michael Phelps reacted like anyone would when someone walked on stage at the VMAs dressed as someone they knew. What a bunch of epic epicness.

I would complain that there is no full video of Fallon on the VMAs as Lochte, but no. Thank you, MTV. You saved me from myself.
