Fantasy Football 2016 Top 200 Rankings

My auction draft rankings are listed here. Those were published before last week’s key third games were played, and a few adjustments have been made. Tony Romo’s back lasted a few plays, and now Dak Prescott has moved from preseason phenom to opening day rookie starter. That was one of the adjustments made to the rankings. Here are some others:

  • Adjusted Christine Michael upward even more, with Thomas Rawls not playing yet and Michael clearly grabbing the 2nd role in Seattle, and making a case to get consistent carries;
  • Dropped DeVante Parker down from my initially rosy project, Kenny Stills up, since both played and Stills outperformed him. Still have Parker higher but not as high;
  • Adjusted Chris Hogan up in value, playing early with New England and catching a TD from Brady, will clearly be a good option if others miss due to injury;
  • Ravens running back situation: Justin Forsett down, Kenneth Dixon looked the best, but got hurt, and is out 4 weeks with MCL injury. Terrance West is clearly above Javorius Allen, and I think this will be a full blown committee situation early with West and Forsett, while Dixon gives you best upside to change that in the second half of the season.
  • Rob Kelley looks like the other Washington RB to have in a deep league, and is making a case for some carries and the 2nd part of a platoon with Matt Jones;
  • Isaiah Crowell slightly adjusted upward versus Duke Johnson, though Johnson is still the back to have in PPR;
  • Jared Cook up in Green Bay, he was the clear choice over Richard Rodgers with Aaron Rodgers on the field;
  • I moved Jared Abbrederis in front of Davante Adams in Green Bay;
  • Tyler Eifert moved down further with news he would be on PUP;
  • DeAndre Washington looks like a challenger to Latavius Murray and he was moved up in rankings at expense of some yards for Murray;
  • Tajae Sharpe moved up slightly, over Rishard Matthews and now projected as #1 WR on Titans
