Mike Gundy is a man, and he may need to get rid of that doofus haircut after this loss. Oklahoma State had the ball on 4th down with four seconds left. They threw the ball in the air to run out the clock. The Cowboys, who didn’t even have a receiver running, were called for intentional grounding.

The game can’t end on a defensive penalty. It can end on an offensive one. So, it’s not clear Central Michigan should have been awarded an untimed down. But, the Chips were. They threw the Hail Mary and scored on a lateral for a touchdown for a 30-27 win.

Central Michigan shouldn’t have come out of nowhere for Oklahoma State. They struggled to earn their win last season in Mount Pleasant.
